1. REQUIREMENTS FOR AUDIO UPLOADS
To upload a Track to the Audio Streaming Platforms, we require the documents below :
Audio File (.mp3 or .wav)
Inlay / Cover Art of dimension 3000x3000 pixels (.jpg or .png)
Metadata (includes complete details of the Track) [CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD SAMPLE METADATA FORMAT]
PSD File of the inlay / cover art (Photoshop Project file)
Audio / Track Guidelines :
Song must be original in Lyrics & Composition
Track background music must be original / self created
Track must have copyright free from any other Third Party
Track must be at least 60 Seconds and less than 10 Minutes (as per platform guidelines)
Inlay / Cover Art Guidelines :
DO :
Inlay must contain Track name as mentioned in Metadata
Inlay must contain Singer, Lyricist & Composer name as mentioned in Metadata
Inlay must be clear and visible
Information written over Inlay / Cover Art must match with metadata
Inlay may contain logo of Singer / Production House / Recording Studio etc.
DON'T :
Inlay must NOT contain any platform logo (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Gaana, JioSaavn etc.)
Inlay must NOT contain the term "Releasing Soon" , "Coming Soon" etc. or similar terms
Inlay must NOT contain nudity or any hate speeches
Inlay must NOT contain any Contact info such as E-mail ID, Phone number, Address etc.
Inlay must NOT cropped
Inlay must NOT contain any unnecessary logo
2. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES
Besides Publishing the Songs to the Audio streaming platforms, we do promote your songs to the leading Audio Streaming Platforms like JioSaavn, Gaana, Wynk Music, Amazon Prime Music, Resso, iTunes and many more platforms.
For that you need to maintain the guidelines below :
Deliver the track to us at lease 10 days prior to the Release Date
Send us High Definition Photos of all the Artists (Dimension 1600x1600 Pixels) during the time of Delivery of the Track to us
Be descriptive to the song as much as possible regarding why this Track should be promoted
Be descriptive about the Artists and his / her popularity
Send us the .PSD (Photoshop Project File) of the Cover Art / Inlay during the Delivery of the Track to us
Avoid the Release date of the Songs in between or on the public holidays
3. PAPERWORKS
To work as an Artist you need to enter into an Agreement with Okay Muzik / Digi Planner to publish your song with us.
To publish your song with us as a Record Label you need to enter into an Agreement with us along with submission of a mandatory NOC on your Letterhead (click here to download format).
Hey, there is a Good news! You can add sub labels under you with Okay Muzik. For that you need to submit two mandatory NOC(s) on respective Company's Letterhead to us an start uploading contents on behalf of your Sub Labels. (click here to download the formats).
